Dustin Gerloff was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University.  Dustin serves as the CEO and co-owner of the Gerloff Company.  Prior to joining the family business full time in 2009, Dustin owned his own home building company and worked for one the nation’s largest Commercial General Contractors.  Professionally, Dustin holds a Masters Designation with the IICRC, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, as a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and a Master Water Restorer.  Dustin is also licensed with the State of Texas as a Mold Remediation Contractor and is certified with NADCA, National Air Duct Cleaning Association, as an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist.

Dustin and his wife Aly have two daughters and reside in New Braunfels, Texas.  Dustin is an avid outdoorsman and he enjoys sharing his knowledge about hunting and fishing with his daughters

Derek Gerloff was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Construction Science with a minor in Business Administration.  Derek serves as the President and co-owner of the Gerloff Company. Prior to joining the family business full-time in 2012, Derek worked for a Commercial General Contractor.  Professionally, Derek holds a Masters Designation with the IICRC, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, as a Master Textile Cleaner, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and a Master Water Restorer.  Derek is also Lead Paint RRP Certified.

Derek and his wife Ashley have a son and daughter and reside in New Braunfels, Texas.  Derek is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time on the water with his family.  He also enjoys woodworking and working on his golf game while helping his daughter perfect hers.
